No but if you write a snotty letter to AFPAA giving them 21 working days to get it sorted before you take them to small claims court for damages and/or redress, this will do the trick.
You will have it sorted within a week if you copy to OC PMS, your wing boss, and of course, the Staish.
Let them know in no uncertain terms this is their problem, not yours. You need to include evidence, IE a photocopy of your pay statement with the erronous withdrawl on it. Specify exactly where they have made the error and what exactly it is they need to do within 21 working days. Post the letter recorded delivery so they cant claim they didnt recieve it.
Unfortunately, this is the only sort of action JPAC will respond to; I have been down this road before, believe me, "Sticking it to the man" makes all the hassle of writing the letter worth it.
