Was like this is late 90's, around 2006 and then now.
Were is the infrastrucure for that? Airports, ATC etc?
See Mumbai, a 20 plus million inhabitants city with a SINGLE runaway airport, with dozens of aircraft burning tons of fuel, waiting up to 1:30 hr for landing!
No sign of a new airport project, maybe another 20 years will pass before it can happen.
