Airline insecticides content

Hello all

I have a friend who wants to go to aus at x-mas, flying oneworld qantas or ba. She is allergic to aluminium and has been told that some of the insecticides that are sprayed in the cabin prior to landing contain aluminium (which would cause her problems) can anyone confirm or deny this!!!

She has also been told that qantas do not spray but ba do!!
