A bloke in the pub has reliably informed me that if you take / have taken a FRI, PMA are now saying that you have lost your right to PVR during the FRI return of service. In other words, no saying "sorry, my mistake" and paying it back when you leave if you PVR, as has always been the case.
Is this switch from financial sweetener to golden handcuffs really legal? Is it indicitive of a growing sense of alarm in the corridors of power that a mass exodus is on the horizon?
I'm off back down the pub to see what people there think!
