there are many companies hiring for this job - airlines in china use multiple contractors to find pilots for a job. last year wasinc was advertising for the tianjin job. A bunch of guys paid money to get visas and background checks then they lost the contract or something and left them all hanging. Be careful which contractor you choose once you come to china you won't be able to change. wasinc has treated many people badly.
