Let's face it. A Brookfield pilot operating for Ryanair is a Ryanair pilot without a contract with their 'employer'. However this is the only differentiation. Brookfield, as we know, is just another extension of FR; as are the varies entities that supply contract cabin crew, engineers and ground staff. When it comes to operational matters, we all seem to be treated as one. I have never heard of anything to the contrary.
