great to hear that 3 are now no longer Limited FOs. I think Cebu just made history (again!) as the only airline in operation right now with FOs from MPL (need to check the ones from China). Congratulations!
on the other hand i hope CA is not working on another bit of history: the longest MPL training program ever ....
