No, you misunderstood me : the investigation Team generally does a very good job, it is the guys above them who decide to show the draft to the "powers" and amend it before releasing it to the public. Big difference. In France , which is where I was refering to, the Head of the BEA, Head of Airbus , Head of AF and Head of DGAC are all 4 answering to the same body. And yes, questioning AF training methods , the French Regulatory Authority or Airbus is "politically sensitive " in France.
