If EU wish to hit the airlines with the additional charges then clearly the Airlines are within their rights to demand full compensation from Eurocontrol and National Governments.
Airlines prevented from flying so therefore claiming they are then responsible for something while Govt's deliberately refuse them the opportunity to do anything to change it will be an interesting court case.
