Sounds like your on to something there. It wouldn't surprise me if we see at least two waves (lets say 18mths apart) of DE FOs being employed who will get upgraded having been in the company 6 to 12 mths before any of the current cadets (by that time 3-4yrs in the job). This being because it will take that long for any of the current batch to get either the hours or experience to be upgraded. Nothing like being hired over the top of! (effectively)
