Yep, they are that bad. I heard they are about to be taken to court (AGAIN) for blatant breach of contract through unlawful pay cuts.
If RAL had ANY professionalism they would have informed you of this prior to wasting your time on filling out the application forms for the specific job, simply from the data you provided to them via the online application of your personal details and experience.
