They really do not have any requiements for expat pilots there as they are very efficient in building up their own crews/instructors on time to cut expenses on expats. There are many types flying there now such as ATR42-320, J41, B1900C/D, Dornier 228, Twin Otters, Grand Caravan, XL750, Pilatus Porter PC6.
