the ones forced intially were of the highest seniority,but they have realized there mistake as some of the guys on the e170 are coming up for there command which is to be done ONLY on the a320 since there is no training program for the e170 and its a new type..so now they will skip the first 15 to 20 fos on top of the senoirity list and send the ones below them to the jungle jet...safe flying
