The carrier is SEAIR with Dornier 328 from their website:-

South East Asian Airlines (SEAIR) is a pioneer in Philippine aviation.
SEAIR is the second-oldest airline in the Philippines with a firm foundation in leisure travel.
Since 1995, we have been flying passengers to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Consistency, quality and reliability characterizes SEAIR’s operations.

No problem and the Dornier is a fine machine and it saves loads of time and hassle. The rich and famous use them and they go daily to some of the private resorts in Palawain etc. I fly almost daily around the islands and you will have no problem. Flying like it used to be! June not the best month start of the rainy season
