FARNBOROUGH RADAR CAN ONLY PROVIDE A BASIC SERVICE, ISSUE A VFR CLEARANCE AND CANNOT OBTAIN CLEARANCE TO ENTER CONTROLLED AIRSPACE.
What sort of VFR "Clearance" was Farnborough issuing outside CAS?
