Luton In 1968
I think the DC-3 could be the Handley-Page hack registered I think G-ATNB which had to come into Luton to clear customs before positioning to Radlett but really not sure although McAlpines used to handle it. It looks like another Britannia Britannia in the hangar undergoing maintenance. The car park looks rather busy though!
