Get a Degree first
And then decide whether you want cadet programs, whereby the airlines train you and bond you in exchange
or go for self sponsored PPL/CPL and work your way up
As to if you need influence to get into UL, if you can ask that question, you should know the answer ..
PS: And stop typing in SMS-SPEAK - that is the first step to disaster ..
