I have a different impression.
1. Both VIP 154M, reg 101 and 102 were built in 1990 and delivered new to Poland, later avionics was upgraded. They are same age as US VC25 (Air Force One).
Yeap, and 101 was overhauled last year.
102 was delivered in 1994.
