The Cadets have a decade jump on everybody else, so really they shouldn't have a complaint coming. That is unless of course they bought into the CP's Bullsh!t! at their interview. REX will keep whittleing away at CASA and eventually the Cadets will find themselves upgradeable, probably in less time than if they had gone the "Traditional" route.
The problem for REX however is that when that day comes, the now upgradeable Ex Cadets may very well find themselves in an interview for the majors!
Roxy's right on one count however. It's all well and good to up the requirements for direct entry, but who in their right mind would accept what REX are offering if they could, with their experience, apply directly for a Jet job?
REX are just chasing their tails.
