I'm not surprised someone pointed that out, Wiz. As I ALREADY said, the amount is not the point. Try telling some of the FOs what's a trifling amount and what isn't.
A few years ago when the pay rises were coming thick and fast in the double digit range (before they took it all back with the overtime threshold shift) the compound effect would even have impressed you.
This is yet another way the bean-counters reach their profit targets -
taking back from the employees. And it happens all the time.
