...but EK is a long haul carrier. Wouldn't you expect to fly 12-14 hour sectors?
If you're short of crew and recommending guys quit, how does that help those who stick around? Does it somehow get better because you fly the same hours with fewer crew on the same number of aircraft?
How does that work?

Inquiring minds would like to know.
