I won't be happy with anything less than 15%, reduction in productivity limit to 82 hours and 4 weeks bonus, but that is just because I'm a pilot, and so I always want more!
But the managers are going to try to get away with something far less than that
silly people, and the recruiters are going to have to tell taller and taller tales at the info sessions just to get people to come for interview.
