Have had it happen a couple of times, south of JT, was really amazed how bright it was on what was otherwise a very dark night.
Turned all my external lights off and the problem ceased.
Really wished at times like those that the PC12 had chain fed machine guns (could make rabbit shooting an extreme sport), well the PC12 has got everything else...........yeh yeh I know, not a spare engine, not fixed to the aeroplane anyway
