Scooter you are quite correct. The sad fact is that many large companies still follow the old and tired US management philosophies of divide and conquer the workforce, rule by intimidation. But the septics have seen the light and the wheel is turning. The cost of training new employees and the loss of productivity caused by unhappy employees are now key issues in the strategic plans of enlightened companies.
