I am begining to wonder if UNITE are just giving BASSA enough rope to hang themselves. Given that La La will not give in, if what I have read is true. Maybe in a very short while it then gives UNITE the opportunity to state that they, ( BASSA ) are not taking advice from UNITE and acting unreasonably. Drop them and move on etc with honour intact ( well nearly!!) And that deals have been done already to exclude the present BASSA reps from further negotiation. Just a thought as I cannot see Woodley et al allowing the baying hordes to march as they did and represent CC at picket lines at Bedfont as they have. I have never seen Pickets (apart from the miners) acting in such a manner . Just my opinion and interested if other people have a similar view.
