I want to find a school at Moorabbin that has a good rating and with an older instructor (a lot older than 22)
This is not the sole criteria. My advice is to go for instructors who had a previous career doing something else or who actively does something unrelated as a second job. The more the proportion of instructors fulfilling these criteria, the better the flight school.
