i might just get the jepps without the binders and hunt for binders somewhere else as they charge quite a bit of money for just da binders.
These guys have leather Jepp style folders for $55 USD, that's not a bad price with the current exchange rate. They also have a good range of sizes, 2", 1.5", and 1". I have a 2" folder for the AIP type stuff and two 1.5" folders for the approach plates.
