At the risk of beating a dead horse, the BA proposal to work one down was put to Unite at least
nine months ago and was planned to be put into action on 1 September 2009. However, Unite didn't agree and has said that it subsequently had "intensive negotiations" with BA.
So, is it not rather odd for Unite and some cabin crew to justify the strikes because of imposition?
