It was a good evening for those who missed it (or didn't get an invite) - though I did not notice anyone with a towel on their head. Very good excuse to catch up with old friends in the business in a convivial atmosphere.
As for the makeover, it is amazing what you can do to an old cafe with a tin of paint, some smoked glass and lots of imagination. Overall impression is a big improvement.
I have always found Harrods Stansted to try very hard to satisfy the client and they are one of the few places that is totally geared up to cater for the VIP big boys - we did our A330 import there a few weeks ago and never considered anywhere else.
