Brazilian Air Regulations
I am trying to find a copy of the Brazilian Air Regulations, ideally in English. Specifically, I need the general rules for fuel requirements and alternates as well as the air carrier operations regulations for fuel (Final Reserve, Enroute Reserve etc.) and Alternate Requirements (Weather, NOTAMS, No Alternate IFR).
