Im sure if serco could be involved they would be. I would suspect with the sudden closure of coventry that Marshall were left holding a few strings, not to mention all the ATC infrastructure they would have put in. Sounds like Sir P needs them to get it running again and they arn't all too keen due to the massive loss they have taken and will take in going back in.
