It has been brought to our attention that the facilities provided in Semmer residential complex are being used for Commercial Purposes. As per our lease agreement with Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority following are the terms and conditions for the home use and the shared areas:
· No business or commercial activity to which the general public is invited should be conducted within any plot designated as residential land within the Community.
· Business activity is not to be conducted on the exterior of the home.
from the sounds if it cant run a prostituton ring there either. guess guys were keepin the girls outside rather than bringin the johns inside. competition with staterun industries not alowed !!
