Unfortunately this memo has come about due to the 'few' who have abused the privileges. For example, there have been abuses from people teaching tennis lessons for money on a public court and yes some people let their kids 'poop' in a public pool without taking precausions. We should try to educate these idiots and if unsuccessful, take actions to ban them from all the extra-curricular venues.
The accomodations dept doesn't exactly employ the brightest people and quite frankly, taking this blanket approach to the problem, solves the issues for them. They can't even manage to pick up their phones; should we expect any other response from them?
Obviously the company's response to this is deplorable, but come on!!! This issue has been brewing for a long time now and did anyone expect a different response?
Perhaps a residents association with some clout would be a good alternative.
