Zustand, if you are referring to myself(freelancer),then you are so sadly mistaken. Not only did I enjoy the trips I did but had a wonderful time with the company crews. So much so that I was asked to fly subsequently and had many a chat with a very pleasant admin lady who was apologetic to the companys payment "strategy".The customers are number ONE,and if any of us have a gripe with our employers then they are the ones with whom we will engage. Your "friend" brings us all to a level to which is professionally,truthfully,apalling.The issue here is payment for that professionalism which this company refuses to believe exists.
