Forget about the expansion to the USA. The FAA put EK on a watch list and can not fly to anymore destinations until Emirates cleans up it's act. They are on catergory 2.
So keep up the phone calls to the FAA and tell them about the factoring and the 95 hour rosters. Don't forget to mention about the two FOs to JFK
