Atlantic have just had a cadet join in the last few weeks, so there will probably be no cadet recruitment for 4-6 months I would say. Also, it is a pre-requisite to have a PPL and Class 1, I dont think you will be able to defer entry until you have these. In other words, have them in hand before you apply.
Plenty has been written on this forum about the NPT cadet scheme, how its run, etc. A search may be worthwhile, the scheme, and the company (although radically different from how it was a few years ago) is still not for everyone. Better (in my opinion) to decide early its not for you, than to accept a place and leave after a week.

Still plenty of life in the company! Just because we are not in and out of Cov at all hours of the day and night, doesnt mean we are not still working hard!
