I have been having a little problem with my pay lately. The FOM states that any hour flown over 78hrs will be given at the overtime rate. I have checked all the FCIs and have found no amendment to this. I think I remember some memo from TCAS about this, but am pretty sure our FOM can't be amended by a memo can it?
I have sent an email asking about this, but alas no reply.
