Thanks for the info. I was under the false impression that the UK NQ was only 3hrs as well, but you're of course right - it's 5hrs. JAA never came across a US endorsement they didn't want to add hours to or generally make non-compatible...
I fly out of Santa Monica airport. Just waiting for my new non-shaded prescription glasses to come back from the optician so I can get out and do some night flying. I'll try to hit Torrance at some point.
