I hear the deal will be signed tomorrow as long as marshalls sign up to an ATC contract. CovCC are throwing in 'development options' (which are key to Sir peter's plans) on the rugby club, railway and air museum land. Presumably cov cc can find other land for rugby pitches. Not sure what the deal is for the railway and air museum though.
Plan is Airport to be up and running with marshalls doing ATC within as short a timescale as caa licencing allows.
Dont know any more but maybe all will become clear tomorrow...
