Can't recommend anyone but have just spent 3 weeks touring in a car staying in motels. Whilst researching campers a number available seemed to have exclusions in the Insurance for gravel roads, I only saw one company that said you could use on all public roads.
If you're doing a long trip I'd consider buying a secondhand camper and putting it on sale again when you finish your trip
