To be honest, there isn't a lot you can do to prepare, just have a look into the aircraft you would be flying on grading and just go ready for hard work, but make the best effort to enjoy your time there too! The best advice i could give would be, just be yourself, don't pretend to be someone else to impress them, they will see through it and won't like it! Just give it your best, if you do that, then no matter what the outcome, you know you couldn't have done anything to change it
