You could try Coventry Ground School if thats near you,
Coventry Ground School Aviation. The bloke that runs it is continuing to operate out of Coventry airport though you'd need to contact him to find out exactly where. Planning ahead, I think he can help with the ground exam for IMC too. Good luck.
