Well, you can put "Send To" in the "Send To" folder.
Sort of self-referential....
Your personal "Send To" list lives in "C:\Documents and Settings\andrew\SendTo" (or suchlike) so you can add a shortcut pointing to "C:\Documents and Settings\andrew\SendTo".
Hey presto! A Send To that'll send to Send To!
