From what I saw during the Last recruitment, the List used to be updated every few days. First I saw 500. Then 600, then 700 or so, and it final ed out at around 850.
So lets hope they are going to update it.

FSB is at Chennai or Delhi
There are only 15 CPL Names so far. Bound to be updated i think.
