It's exactly my point though. People are just accepting that pilots, and especially young people who have dreams, are being exploited by big multi-nationals that make millions of pounds of profits, and try to cut down cost where it's easiest (the people who work for them) to be able to take a few pounds off passenger fares.
That's the big issue that I'm really worried no-one seem to realise here. And to come back to you Bealzebub, I know that you're in for a big debt at the beginning, but the least they could do I think is to show you that they care just a little bit about you. It seems to me that I will work for a company that will just take anything they can away from you, and that's not the kind of people I would want to work for.
Like I said earlier, Airbus, RollsRoyce and lots of other graduate jobs company will at least pay for your passage to the assessment centre so that you get a positive image of them, and it proves that they invest in people and not profit!!!
