Actually you are talking through a hole. LGW and BFS pilots and cabin crew are on separate T&C's and local contracts. They are not part of the 97m "cost saving" plan. The disputes they have been having with the company are a separate issue. If you are going to start drawing inferences then it would be helpful if your fully briefed and not go off half cocked.
