Those not on the 320 have
no clue.
I flew 97 hrs in Feb.(28 day month) 87 in Jan with sim days. Typically fly 4 or 5 on, 1 off, 3 on 1 off. Then I get my 2 off. 3 off in a row is a dream. Another gem we have is a night flight getting home at 0730 then the next day check in at 0700 for a nice long day of flying. This is after 2 or 3 days of night flights. Not to worry we DO get one day off before reporting back for work. 7 to 8 days off is the norm. We have the right to complain and we have heard all the reasons and how they are going to fix this but so far it's all BS.
Find a 320 guy who is happy at EY. If you can't then maybe you should start to believe us when we say it sucks!
