Public Charter Flights
Wonder if somebody could direct me to the right NCAR, for flying Public Charter Flights to and from LOS to European cities, using EU based aircraft.
Here is the US we have a provision called Part 380 Public Charter flight's that lets you operate, with wet leased aircraft. Does the Nigerian's have a similar programme?
