So short of crews both seats on A320 that they have to cancel sim sessions to cover flights, because of pilots calling sick.
On top of that, A320 trainers resign as well as others on other fleets, but officialy the attrition rate is very low ( 20% of the A320 trainers and a few more to come ..... low my a
