As I am sure will come out in the wash, YPPH is a dog's breakfast at the moment with the random closure of 03/21 for resurfacing and consequent musical taxi routes that are not normally taxied-upon to get here and there, combined with a large number of sometimes irrelevant NOTAMs, combined with a pretty average ATIS voice mumbling and stuttering. I can understand how the poor fellas got confused. Not making excuses for them mind you, but things are NOT normal at YPPH at the mo.
